All Your Tracking Queries Answered

You can track your shipment by entering your AWB number / Tracking ID in the tracking box on this page. The latest status, including pickup, transit, and delivery updates, will be displayed instantly.

Your Tracking ID is usually shared by your seller, marketplace, or shipping partner via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. If you can’t find it, please contact the seller directly to retrieve your correct Tracking ID.

Tracking may not appear if:

  • The shipment has not yet been picked up
  • The AWB/Tracking ID is incorrect.
  • The courier partner hasn’t updated the status yet. Try again after some time or verify the Tracking ID with your seller.

This status appears if the courier tried delivering but couldn't complete it due to:

  • Recipient unavailable
  • Wrong or incomplete address
  • Phone not reachable

You can contact your seller to arrange a reattempt.

Delays may occur due to weather, route issues, or high-volume periods. If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out to your seller or the platform you ordered from for support.

For shipment-related queries, please reach out directly to the seller or brand you purchased from. They can help raise a request with the shipping partner through the correct channel.

Address changes after dispatch depend on the courier partner’s policy. Please contact your seller to check if an address modification is possible.

RTO means the courier is sending the package back to the seller due to missed delivery attempts, refusal, or address issues.
